Everything about your Mimoke order

A. To process an order you must be of legal age, have an email address and finally you must provide us with your name and a shipping address.

A. Placing an order at Mimoke is very easy:

1. Choose a category from the menu at the top of the page or search to find a specific design or collection.

2. Select the weight of the diamond or diamond set according to the model (in carats), the size of your item, the color of the metal (material) and click "Add to Cart". Once you have finished adding items, go to your shopping cart and proceed with the processing of your order by clicking on "complete order".

3. Access your account, if you already have one and have not done so yet. If you don't have a Mimoke account, just enter your email address to continue with your order. However, we recommend that you create an account because it will always be easier to track your order.

4. Then enter the shipping address, and finally select the payment method you prefer, to complete your order. Once your order is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to its destination. We'll make sure to keep you in the loop every step of the process.

The currency with which you make a purchase is the euro and is predetermined on the website.
We have the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. You can also pay by transfer or finance your purchase with Aplazame or Klarna. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery or installment payments. For deferred payments, you must choose the Aplazame or Klarna payment method at the end of the purchase process. A. Payment by bank card or PayPal is processed at the time of order. If you choose Aplazame or Klarna as a payment method, it will be according to the conditions of the Aplazame payment provider.

For the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, the delivery time is as indicated on each product sheet and then in your order confirmation. For Atelier products, the delivery time will be indicated in the quote. Please note that for payments by transfer, the delivery period begins when the payment is effective. For the Canary Islands and other countries, the delivery time is up to 5 additional business days than those of the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

Therefore, keep in mind that saving a product in your shopping bag or wish list does not mean that you are reserving it.
