We offer you 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give any explanation. We want your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you wish to exchange your product, you must return it and place a new order.
Right of withdrawal
1. How to do it : you can withdraw your order without any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the purchased Products. This right will not be applicable in the event that the Product has been manufactured in accordance with the specifications that you have provided us and therefore it is a personalized Product. It will also not be applicable in the case of entire alliances and Outlet products.
For these purposes, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from your order. You must send your request to the following email address:
ETHICAL PIECES SL will confirm in writing the receipt of the request and the details of how to proceed with the return. It will be enough for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period of 14 calendar days ends and return the item in the manner that we indicate in writing.
ETHICAL PIECES SL will not be the owner of the returned product until it is received at the return address.
2. Effects of withdrawal : ETHICAL PIECES SL will refund the full price of the product, within the period indicated below, subject to the conditions described below:
a) You must return the Products following the instructions that we indicate in writing within 14 calendar days following the day the purchase was made.
b) If you choose a shipping method other than the cheapest option we offer, ETHICAL PIECES SL will not be obliged to reimburse the additional costs derived from it.
c) ETHICAL PIECES SL will verify the status of the returned Products. If the Product does not show any sign of having been used, damaged or modified and maintains its original packaging, ETHICAL PIECES SL will refund the entire purchase amount within five 5 business days of receipt.
If, on the other hand, the Products to be returned have been manipulated and they have any type of deterioration that reduces their value, due to the fact that they have been manipulated by others, and/or signs of use, this will mean that in such cases they will not be admitted. the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
d) ETHICAL PIECES SL will use the same payment methods that you would have used for the initial purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed. In any case, you will not bear any surcharge that may arise from said refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items from you or until you provide us with proof that you have returned the items, whichever comes first.
e) Remember that you must return all parts of the product, including the box and case in perfect condition, and if the order is subject to a promotion in which one of our products was given as a gift, this must also be returned.
Otherwise the right to withdrawal will not be accepted.
